COVID-19 School Signage

School as we all once knew it will not be the same as before due to COVID-19. With nurseries, primary schools, secondary schools, colleges and universities set to re-open over the coming weeks, it’s important to take all the necessary precautions to protect both staff and students.

A specific guidance document for educational settings has been issued by the *Department of Education with some points to note:

  • Pupils and staff should perform hand hygiene: On arrival at school; before eating or drinking; after using the toilet; after playing outdoors; when their hands are physically dirty; when they cough or sneeze.
  • Hand sanitiser dispensers can be positioned more readily at entry and exit points of schools and classrooms.
  • Physical Distancing measures be it 1m or 2m should be adhered to.
  • Schools should promote good hygiene and display posters throughout the schools on how to wash your hands.
  • Arrangements for dropping off/collecting pupils should be arranged to encourage physical distancing of 2m where possible.

With this advice, we have a wide range of social distancing signage, handwashing signage, stencils and hand sanitiser dispensers to choose from to make it a safe return to school. Logo and branding can also be incorporated if required.
