Our Reason for Rebranding

In 1987, Pat Dennehy Signs was founded by Pat Senior. Recognising a gap in the market for signs on demand, his business idea was based around ‘immediate sign solutions’ to suit the needs of local businesses that needed signs urgently.

What really differentiated us amongst other sign writers at that time - was our service. ‘Accuracy, ‘Speed’ and ‘Value’ formed the foundation of what our service was about and continues to be the key pillars of success to the Pat Dennehy Sign's brand today.

Why Rebrand?
A service that has ‘Accuracy, Speed and Value’, is not necessarily our unique selling point anymore - thirty years later, customers expect a good service. Every job by Pat Dennehy Signs, big or small, automatically receives this level of service and more. Although our customers strongly appreciate this, the issue is - every business in this industry claims to provide this service... so we needed to find a way to differentiate ourselves.

Based on insight from a customer feedback survey, we realised that although our customers were really appreciative of our service to date, many weren’t aware of our whole product portfolio and the range of creative visual solutions that our machines and staff enabled us to produce. We realised that our current brand doesn’t reflect our whole product portfolio, our unique capabilities, and the creative side of our service. Our company had evolved, but our brand hadn't. 

Our New Positioning
The purpose of our rebrand has been to show our customers that we are continuously seeking ways to add value to our offering – whether its product or service related. We’ve broadened our portfolio since 1985 - we don’t just do stock signs, we can cater for their wider signage and print needs. 

So to sum up our new positioning...

We are a leading provider to the sign and print industry for over 30 years. As a family-run business, our key focus has always been our customers. Large enough to deliver but small enough to care, our service is what continues to set us apart. What does this mean for you? Accuracy, Speed, and Value, as well as an array of Creative Visual Solutions to suit your needs.

Our New Motto
Our new motto to fit our new positioning is ..."Lets Get Creative". By being creative in our approach  - it reminds us to think outside the box and be open minded in finding new solutions to our customers requests. Our customers don’t like to be restricted to certain materials, colours or print, nor do we. That’s why we constantly seek out new technology, new trends, new materials, new ideas.
